Form Cure L - Curing LED's defect

Hi All

A while back I noticed that our Form Cure suddenly stopped curing; prints came out almost exactly as they went in.

After some research we realised that the curing LED’s are defect; The heat and regular lights work, but when the machine switches from preheating to curing, the lights dim and the greenish curing LED’s don’t turn on.

The customer support of the company we bought the machine from recommended buying 3 new LED panels. However, since all 3 panels seemingly broke at the same time, I fear there may be a deeper issue that won’t be fixed with just new panels.
Does anyone have an idea what this potential underlying issue could be?

Thanks for letting us know about your issue. Do you have a first generation Form Cure? If so, the LEDs are unfortunately not replaceable, and you would need to purchase a new unit. What you can do before is check if all cables are properly connected with the help of this support guide. Whenever in doubt, you can reach out to our support team directly here.
