Our Form Cure has simply stopped working. It was working on Friday, then I came in on Monday and it was broken.
As it stands: The machine is obviously receiving power, as the turntable is slowly rotating. The LED screen shows nothing, and using the button yields no interaction (rotating, pressing, pressing and holding). None of the lights appear to be on.
I tried power cycling (unplugging for 10+ seconds), tried communicating via USB (wouldn’t connect because not enough power). It’s a fairly low UI machine so I’m not sure what else to try on that front.
I also verified using a multimeter that the power cable is outputting 24V, so it’s not that.
Anyone run into this before?
