Form Cure doesn't initialize

Hi there,

This is my first time posting so I’m sorry if it’s out of place or tone.

I got my Cure a day ago and was very excited to start using it. I plugged it in and the ambient internal light does turn on, but that’s it. The LCD doesn’t turn on and the click wheel doesn’t do anything when turned or pressed. This behavior is consistent after plugging and unplugging multiple times. I also tried to connect it with the Wash/Cure Updater app, and it shows up and says it’s up to date.

Not sure how to proceed.

The same thing happen to me. I called support, they said it was likely a loose wire and emailed me instructions on how to check. It was indeed a loose wire, 5 minutes later it was working fine.

Good to know. I’ve reached out to support but didn’t get any response back (as is expected for today! :smile: ), so I appreciate the input. I’ll let you know how things go :slight_smile:
