Was wondering if anyone has encountered this issue with their wash. I have a form2, wash, and cure that I’ve owned for a year and one month. Today I went to go and use the wash and found it wont turn on. I press the knob, turn it, but nothing. The screen display doesn’t turn on. Not a sound or sign of life. Tried different outlets. The power adapter shows a green light, but the unit won’t turn on.
Any ideas? This wash literally has less than 100 uses. All of which were 10 minute cycles. The odd 15 minute cycle. I’d assume it was designed to last longer than this. Thoughts? Would appreciate any advice. I’m pretty sure warranty is only good for the one year.
