We’ve been trying to get our Form 4L running but it will only read one cartridge and it’s reading only the right hand slot but it’s coming up as the left slot. Not sure if this is a common issue or if I did something wrong we bought this on release day but have been so busy we are just now getting around to set up any advise would be appreciated because I haven’t been able to locate any info on how to fix it
@MattRForerunner, I’m sorry you’re experiencing cartridge detection on your Form 4L printer. This is relatively uncommon for this printer series, but we do have some troubleshooting on our Support site regarding cartridge detection and errors. I would start there, and if you cannot resolve the issue, I suggest opening up a support ticket so that we can get you printing as expected.
Appreciate the reply already went through the support site stuff none of them match this issue and I have a support ticket open, I sent it in on Saturday. Just waiting on a response

just an update to anyone reading this they had me uninstall the firmware and reinstall it manually (didn’t work) then factory reset (didnt work) now I get to take apart the machine and see if the problem is a connection issue more updates to come.
