Form 3+ is not finishing the abortion

Good morning,

We have a FORM 3+, since the las tuesday we have been struggeling with some difficulties, such as resin residues and impurities in the tank. We cleaned the tank and the LPU and yesterday we started a new printing. After the starting of the printing we aborted it because our technical support recommended us to reset the printer.

At this moment the printer is trying to abort the print, it´s been more than 12 hours since we aborted it.
Should we disconnect the machine?

I had the same issue two days on my F3B+, just cycle the power and you’re good to go again.
