I am having continues failure on thick and tall prints, I clean and filter the resin tank every time after fail and the problem still exists, change to a new tank and new resin and the problem still exists. Can anyone tell why is this happening?

We started having similar issues on multiple of our 4 Form2’s. Prints failing in the centre of the build platform - mostly rafts not even adhering. I’m now only printing on the front and back edge of the build plate. Mostly successful prints now, but obviously lost a lot of build volume and can’t do large prints currently…
From memory, the last time I searched about this it could be due to laser issues…
When was the last time you cleaned your optics? Galvo mirrors, angled mirror, and top glass, inside and out?
