Parts stick way too much on the build platform, there are cured, thin layers of resin around the base of the prints.
The other issue is further up on this grey print. It printed I don’t know how to say, like a thin flake? It’s the second print with a new tank and fresh resin.
Had this happen too. Classic symptoms of dirt in the optical path. Once I cleaned the galvo mirrors, the main mirror and the glass (top and bottom surfaces), printing great again. Write to Formlabs support for their recommended procedure for cleaning the galvo mirrors. You will be glad you did. Personally I go the easier route and just remove the top glass altogether. Makes cleaning the optics so much easier (just reach in through the hole where the glass was), and if you leave the glass out, that’s two more surfaces that don’t need cleaning. Just be careful you don’t spill resin into the open cavity.
