Everything seems to work correctly, firmware is updated and everything. Everytime I start a print, it disconnects. Anyone have any idea what could be going on?
Didi you update graphics and usb drivers?

I am having the same problem! I just bought a used Form1+ off a trusted friend who said it worked when it was put into the box I pulled it from. But every time I try to upload a file to the printer, it disconnects and shuts off.
I know this sounds obvious but try a different USB cable, port (especially an older USB1 or USB2 port), etc. I’ve had trouble before with newer ports and marginal cables.
