Firmware update and Preform update 2.14.0

Thanks Ben,
I seriously doubt it’s riskier than one ruined tank and 2 failed prints in a row, including the wiper hitting the model. The current build feels unstable and I can see how speeding several motors up can be troublesome. I understand the steps but I’m forgetting where I can find previous versions of Preform. My printer ran perfectly fine prior to the update. Never a motor jam and only 2 failed prints across 7 litres of resin. Now i have 2 failed prints within less than 300mL and the machine getting louder. Did I mention the wiper knocking my model off?

dmg issn’t alowed to upload. I push it on my server and then you can download…wait
I hope you use a Mac download www.design-workbench.de/PreForm_2.12.1.dmg

and tell me when you got it… so I can clean my server

If you like you can send me the form-file from your model so I can look over it.

I just reverted back to the previous firmware and software. Printing is back to normal.
With the new update I had consistent motor jams ( 1 hour before end of print) and surface striations on parts.

I just received a case of Grey V4 Bath Bombs, I will keep you posted.:weary:

I had same issues with Tough Resin TR04. Reverted back to PreForm 2.13.1 and FW 1.14.21 (1.15 might be fine, this was the best I could find before 1.16.) My results were tight, clean prints. I hope they find a solution for our issues…I would love faster prints and help with print troubleshooting.

Good luck to ya’ll.

Merry Christmas.

I use the latest firmware and software in gray v3, but do not have any problem about the print.
But a dashboard became offline and was not able to leave log of the print.
I want you to fix this immediately.

@pmoa that’s no proplem. You can easy solve this issue. Maybe you got something like a cupping vessel? Login your dashboard -> scroll to missing log -> mark the position with a marker -> and put the cupping vessel on there. Then sit down in front and pull with a flip the cupping vessel. After that you can immediately see the log which you are missing.
