i buyed 18 11 2016 form2 to local shop in rome, i connect but the software perform message me that the firmware is not compatible with version of soft preform, ok i download the new firmware 10.4 and exec the istruction but at end of operation appear me the message from display of form2 - the firmware decryption failed ??? please help me. Thanks
