Error updating Preform

Hi

When updating to the newest Preform (17.1 for x64) I get the following error:
“The procedure entry point ucrtbase.abord could not be located in the dynamic link library api-ms-win-crt-runtime-I1-1-0.dll”
I have found that the issue is to do with my current version of Visual C++ Redistribution, which needs updating directly or windows update. Unfortunately, our work computers cannot run windows update since IT controls this, and they are unwilling to update to the latest versions for whatever reason.
Currently, I am running Preform 16 (downgraded) but was hoping you could fix this issue in the next update of Preform at least.
