Preform 3.12.1 Install Error

I’m getting a lot of errors trying to install/upgrade Preform to v3.12.1. Lots of errors opening various .dll files during installation on Window 10 Pro. Unfortunately, since I tried to upgrade now I cannot even use my old version. Attached is an image of the error though if I click “skip” it continues with a bunch more errors for .dll files

I cannot uninstall anything since it looks like that was done during the upgrade process. At this point I’m stuck.

I had this problem with one of our PCs, I installed it in C:\Program Files\ instead and it worked fine.
