Just so you know I had this known issue with the error 41 on a 3yo printer.
Two consecutive print failure after 6 and 9h printing… I went through all the posts here to finally contact the support.
Support was super reactive and gave me instructions on how to reseat the galvos myself. Quite easy -> took 20-30 min maybe. Now it’s working again like a charm (did 2 prints).
