Contacting support

On the occasions you have to make contact with support, it would be useful not to have to add details that Formlabs already know about you. As you are logged the system knows who you are and the products you own so why ask these questions? Everyone is time-poor, so it seems an easy step to make the support journey more effective. You do a great job in updating the software so this would be a useful upgrade. While on the subject when logged in why doesn’t remember which country you are from? Best Chris
