Cleaning resin from infected bottle?

Hey all,

I think some of the guys may have poured resin from the tray back into the bottle. So there is a possibility there are pieces of cured resin or blobby resin in the bottle. Would it be best to pour the entire bottle in say a plastic cup and then re-pour it back into the bottle via a paint filter? Also the resin in the tray might be affected so would need to do it to this also. Would a disposable plastic water cup be ok to put the resin in?

Just use a paint strainer for a filter.

I use a disposable paper cup to strain into. Not tried a plastic one, but you should be OK.

Cool. I think all resins will need a good filtering as they have been poured back into the bottle from the tray unfiltered in the past :open_mouth:
