Am having trouble with Formlabs 1+ with printing using tough material v4. Have tried adjusting bed height, updating device firmware, updating PreForm, cleaning resin tank, cleaning mirror, and replacing resin in tray with another version (v4) of tough material. Any suggestions on what I might be doing wrong? Each time build plate is empty with bubbles on surface but with no broken fragments in the resin tray.
I’m sorry to hear you’re having some issues with your Form 1+ not producing any prints!
Can you tell me if you even see the laser firing from underneath the resin tank when it should be in the middle of printing?
Tough is a relatively translucent material so you should be able to see the laser doing its thing if it’s on at all.
