My control knobs are missing from PreForm, same problem on all 3 computers, so what the?

This is very strange, have you submitted a support ticket with us to support@formlabs.com? We can assist you there.
Also, have you attempted a fresh re-install? The download could have been corrupted.

Well I just tried to uninstal, download, and reinstal but it didnt fix it. I guessed that it wouldnt since I have the same issue on 3 separate computers though. I just dont get it, how could it only be me but on every system?! I will submit a support ticket now though thanks.

Support may tell you this too, but we have a 1.0 release coming out very soon which might fix the issue all together.

OK thanks I’ll keep an eye out for that! I’ve only had my F1 for a few days and I’m almost out of resin already! I just ordered more so hopefully the new version will be out by the time my refill gets here!
Well Formlabs figured out my problem in case anyone else has the same one. It was that all my computers have various windows visual styles which had to be disabled and the Windows Aero style enabled in order for PreForm to function correctly. Thanks Formlabs for finding the issue.
