What tools should I use to cut out delicate prints? Dental Partials

The cutters that come with the printer apply too much force. I’ve been using a dremel and disc with fine diamonds which works very well but that causes too much vibration in small thin details and breaks important pieces off for the thinest designs. We’ve been using grey with great casting results but is it too brittle causing these breaks?

micro-mark Wondercutter is an ultrasonic razor knife. It is great for this use.

I use either some other flush cutters or an xacto knife. The flush cutters can usually work in almost all situations as long as you’re careful and don’t try to snap the support off
