Only part of the model sticks to the base.
I’ve had this happen with other prints as well.
No lack of resin in tank…

Hi, I just wanted to check if you were able to successfully print the Eiffel? I am having the same problem as you and if you have been able to successfully print would you be willing to share the Form File with me? Non-adherence to the build platform is likely caused by the build platform not being close enough to the bottom of the resin tank on the initial layers. Check out the Fine Tuning article on our support site for instructions on how to lower your build platform height.
