Just wanted to put this in here in case anyone else runs into this problem.
The company I work at had gotten a full 4L package, with two Form4Ls, a Wash L, and Cure L. I’ve been pretty impressed with the equipment so far, but one thing that irked me was that the electric pump that came with the wash didn’t start.
There were some of the other pumps that came with the finishing kits, so we just used that, and it worked fine, but it didn’t have the auto stop feature the one that came with the wash did.
I was messing around with the pump, and I found out that the pump did in fact work, but only when the battery cover part was loosened about 90 degrees. That seemed a bit odd to me, but I looked, and where the part that the batteries rest in only makes contact along that spot.
So the battery cover is slightly wobbly, but the pump now works. So if anyone else has been having the same problem, I hope this can help you get yours working too.

Now that this works, I am now happy with all the Formlabs equipment that we’ve been using.
