Hello, we’ve had the machine a year now, but the small pump that comes with the Wash has stopped functioning. We tried replacing the batteries but to no avail.
Any suggestions? We’ve only used it about 4-5 times to empty the Wash.

I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues with the Siphon Pump to your Wash L. I’d recommend getting in touch with Support, and they would be able to narrow this down further.
Not sure if it’s the same one, but my 3L also came with a cheap, black siphon pump and it also broke. It’s quite a poor quality accessory.
I bought a better pump from Terapump (Amazon) which has been working great. They have various lengths and power units for longer reach and higher suction and have been fantastic for our workflow.
Better deal is to get a better quality one off the market
