Can updating firmware on the Form 2 be done over ethernet or only via USB connection?
I’ve tried both and I’m at a dead end. I’m wondering if anyone else bumped into this.
I tried calling the Pro Support Plan folks but it’s busy.
For me it USB, But I had to plug and unplug my USB cable several times before it was recognized. In the past with other equipment I have had to add a USB hub to get it to recognize the equipment. I suspect that this really just updated USB drivers.
I use the WiFi connection and that works.
