Recently I’ve bought Tough V5 resin for my Form2 printer.
But when I insert cartridge into printer, it says’ unknown consumable inserted’ and can’t start printing.
I’ve checked Firmware update, Cleaning contact metal but it shows same result.
Still previous Black V4 resin is working well.
What should I do for this problem.
Have you updated the Printer’s firmware or only Preform ?
I’ve updated both of them.

Occasionally a cartridge that has a little trouble reading will get sent out. You already did the right check to confirm this by trying another cartridge which detected just fine.
