Good afternoon,
I recently got a new computer (windows 10) , installed Preform, and was able to connect to “printer A” right away by entering the IP address. I later have been trying to add our other printer “printer B” and it will not connect. Both are connected to our network, and the firmware has been updated on both printers, as well as reboots and old fashioned unplug and plug back in. I installed preform on a common computer and it connects right away to “Printer B” by entering in the IP address, but will not connect to “Printer A”.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you,
