the experimental vibrator setup if you would skip the long story
the fuse1+ can work with nylon11CF is a good combo and can provide more attractive product than just regular pa11 / 12
but just as the official document stated, the CF material is REALLY~~~ clug friendly
it is not about new/ old powder ratial, wet or not
it just like to clug
ruined 3~4 of mine print job, especially if you try to stir the powder
no matter i only pull one small cup a time of powder, or i pull a lot at a time
as long as you stir the podwer, clug guranted
so far, i can only print with one cartridge a time, and only fill when lower than 1L
which is definately not ideal for production run
now the vibrator i hope can solve the issue, video at top
it is a 12V vibrator been wrap inside a rubbeer glove for protection, and the glove itself have a rubber band to secure on machine to prevent whole setup slip into the feed system
since i forget to have timer, i now run it 3 second every hour
the material as see at video, it original have 2 big feed cone , print will most likely to fail if all other material won’t collapse and fill the gap
nw after vibrator, it seems help
still under running test at this moment
i will report more after extensive test
it ideally best screw on the hopper but it will definitely ruin the warrenty, so that is why i choose this funky setup
