Nylon11 CF clumping at printer material hopper

i got 2 print recently that has been fail due to the powder been clumping at printer matgerial hopper

when ever it happen, it always have result like the picture
and when i stick a stir rod inside material and gice it a stir, it material level will suddenly drop certain height which suggest there is a cavity inside printer

first print i load 9L of powder due to it is a huge 8L print job
second time, i first load about 3L and add about 1L at middle of print, and it happen while i going to load another 1L after 3hours of previous loading

the printer i am using is fuse1+ 30W
and the powder is 70% recycled nylon 11 CF,and nevada is pretty dry already, not mention the enviroument is controlled as formlab required

is there anyway to solve this issue, it makes us waste lots of material

i was think about add a air pump and connect a tube inside to blow the powder, but it is hard to control and static might be issur @.@

please help

thanks
