Fuse 1+ feed system need improvement for easy clog material

anyone who use nylon11CF material should have this issue
CF material is easy clog no matter how well the poiwer status (used / new / dry / not dry)
i currently have to feed only one carteidge a time, no matter how big mine build misson is

and i can only feed second cartridge when it is almost run out
so, if there is any remain at previous build, it is really hard to determine when should i feed next cartridge, so i have to check every 1 hour or 30 min

not mention it sometimes will clog at corner side wall area, making me hard to reay how much exactly remain
and if i try to stir them to buttom evenly for easier read, it will also make it easier to clug

when it clugged, all things on top will be all looks normal, but the feeder at end of the hopper already feednothing in, ruined whole build chamber of build mission

REALLY IMPRECTICAL to run nylon11 CF in this working process, not mention how easy it getting stuck inside fuse SIFT ( BOTH freash and used )

add a vibrator at hopper of fuse 1 seems dangerous since the hopper is fixed on hochine, not isolate , any vibrate in hopper will transfer to machine, causing possible bigger thread to pring job

if possible
formlabs really should make a upgrade kit for such material to PRACTICALLY work with the machine

china already pushing similar level of entry and small space requirement machine, it is really helpless if formlabs decide to do nothing or just make new machine and ignore old users

@chengsam2000, I want to start by saying I’ve placed a product feedback request about adding a system for the Fuse 1+ that would help with the clumping while printing with Nylon 11CF.

Carbon Fiber is just that: fiber. The powder is made from strands of carbon atoms, so it basically has hair in it, which is why it bridges in the first place.

That said, for the best results when printing with Nylon 11CF, please ensure that you follow our guidelines on our support page, Using Nylon 11 CF.

Also, you can always contact support for any specific troubleshooting.
