Trouble with Remote Printing

We have been having some issues with the remote printing feature of the Formlabs Form 3 printer. After priming the printer sending the print remotely it gives me the message in Preform saying that the printer is printing and links me to the Dashboard to see the progres. The problem is that the printer never started printing. Sometimes I spend hours loading it in the printer again and again till it at some point starts working.

I work from home and have a colleague that prime sthe printer for me so the remote printing feature would be very nice to have.

The printer and Preform are both running the latest version. Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening?

I too wish there was a better remote ability - to see what’s on the display at the least - that way you can actually see if there’s any progress or error or whatever.

In one case I’d sent the job to the printer after a change in resin type but forgot to update the preform settings. I think it probably did warn but missed the notification. The result was that the printer appeared to just do nothing - but it was sat in its queue waiting for the correct resin and tank :stuck_out_tongue:
