The resin is not coming down, the valve is open , the way I manage to get some resin is to shake but after some ml is stucked again.
is it a new cartridge?
have you inspected the valve on the bottom to see if its fully split?
sometimes- I have to give the rubber valve at the bottom a good squeeze to get the split to full open.
Yes I did , I found the problem there are some clumps in the resin.
