Sometimes the auto generated supports don’t touch the model which can cause failures of parts. Workaround is to delete the support and manually add a support.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! It’s very helpful to hear when you notice something that doesn’t work the way you expect. Sometimes we may not be aware of issues that occur with only certain models, or we may not be aware how widespread an issue is.
