The dimensions did not match after printing.
A part was printed for centering the nozzles, which is a platform with pyramids (file attached). Its design dimensions are 120x120 mm, in fact 120,50x120,60 mm. This moment is not as frightening as what happened to the pyramids themselves. The base of the pyramids was not printed, and their centers were shifted (the direction of displacement in the photo).
Form 2 printer, print accuracy of 0.025 mm, Clear V2 resin. Can you tell me what the problem might be and how I can solve it?

@StartLamp I’m sorry to hear that your Form 2 is having some issues printing this file. I have a couple of suggestions to try to help get this working as expected.

Once you’ve completed those steps, please upload a few photos from the optics test. I’d be happy to take a look at it and let you know what the next steps would be. Alternatively, you can open a support case and have one of our agents assist you with the next steps.

Thank you very much for your advice and for the optics test. I can’t say how much time has passed since the resin tank was manufactured.
I haven’t cleaned the optical elements yet.
First, I printed out the optics test, I’m waiting for the part to dry, and I’ll send you photos with the results.
Sincerely, Dybin N.A.

@StartLamp I have to say that is one of the best Optical Tests on a Form 2 that I’ve ever seen. That would lead me to believe that a new resin tank (if that wasn’t printed on a new one) will help a lot.

I decided to test the printer. Without cleaning the container of resin left over from the previous print, I installed a new one. The next morning, I discovered that the part had printed, but there was a broke in the vat, a fairly large one at that. Resin was leaking out.
Unfortunately, the dimensions were still not correct.

@StartLamp I’m sorry to hear that the resin tank is damaged and that the print still wasn’t correct. From here, the best next step is to open a support case.

Also, I have a guide for you for cleaning after a resin spill to help get the mess cleaned up.
