hi everyone so i just bought a form 2 and been testing it out but for the two prints i have done they have failed and i cant figure out why. i have read through all the relvant info and i am pretty sure my orientation is no longer a problem. The thing is it prints the general form but with zero detail and it covered in resin that seems to be half cured/kind of slimy. Does anyone know how i could fix this?
I’d say the most likely cause is dirty optical path. Get in contact with support and they should be able to send you some official instructions for dismantling and cleaning all the relevant parts.

Thanks for letting us know about your issues. Are all the consumables you’re using brand new? As suggested before me, please carry out a thorough cleaning of the optical path, here are our guides on how to do it.
You can also print our optics test before and after to see if there’s improvement. If not, please reach out to our support team here.
