We are running a Form 2 with the latest Firmware (1.16.8-19).
During the last prints it always stops with the error “Tank Cartridge Mismatch”.
It’s a Black V4 cartridge that has worked fine so far.
Is there a solution for that problem?
Get in contact with support. They will help you to troubleshoot the issue!
