I have been facing support base warping issues with the Tough 1000 resin (supports V2). Whenever I am printing a large area part nearer to the edge of the build platform, the support base starts warping and coming off near the edge, but the middle region of the support sticks almost too well to the build plate.
Could this be a build plate alignment issue?

Is it consistently that corner of the build plate that has issues, or that corner of the model? If you move the model slightly and it lifts in the same spot of the model, it’s losing the tug of war match with the tank FEP. Adjusting the orientation of the model will help with that.
If every print lifts (drops) in that spot, it might be Z alignment/calibration issue.

It is consistently a specific edge region of the build plate where the rafts are detaching. I have noticed the same thing happening with multiple models.

Have you gone back and recalibrated the build plate to the LPU? The spacers to conduct that are stored inside the machine.

@MDHS I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing some warping. The first step I would take is running the alignment routine.
Aligning the build platform (Form 4 and Form 4L generation)
If that does not resolve the issue, I suggest opening a support case so that we can troubleshoot further with you.

Yes, I have done it more than once now, but the problem still persisted. I had reached out to my local Formlabs support and we found out that the flex plate was slightly warped. That is the reason why the supports were peeling off the edges.
They will be replacing the flex with a normal build plate. Will update how the parts turn out on the flat plate.

I’ve tried aligning the build platform multiple time now, but the problem was not resolved. I have opened up a support case and they have issued me a new build plate owing to the warping of the flex plate. I will update how the prints come out on the normal plate once we get it.
