Try unplugging and then plugging it back in after 20 second. This should re-boot the Printer.
After rebooting, see if the touch screen works- if it works- then it was just the printer software getting stuck.

1、如果这台Form 2使用的时间很长，一直没有关机，建议重启。
2、内部储存的可打印文件过多也会拖慢您机器的反应速度，导致死机（就像我们的电脑有时候也会死机一样）。
3、要是执行了以上两部之后仍然会死机，那建议您将设备恢复出厂设置。具体操作如下
a、将您的Form 2关机。
b、重新启动后等待“formlabs”图标出现后，一直按住按钮，直至下面出现一小行字“您的设备即将恢复出厂设置”。
c、等待机器正常启动后，即完成。
4、升级Form 2的固件至最新，具体可以参考固件升级步骤。
