Strange substance below the tank

I have a FormLabs 3 and have a strange gluelike material that shows up post print underneath a clean tank using color resin. I have cleaned off the bottom of the tank using isopropyl alcohol twice. I believe that this material is what is causing the prints to fail, as the streaks are significant and most likely are posing an issue with the LPU. Under the tank this material is stuck on the liner, using alcohol I am able to remove most of the thin stuff, what becomes an issue is the thicker clumps that look like glue. Both times I have cleaned of the LPU and ensured that nothing was under the storage area that could fall on the LPU. The thick stuff flakes off using careful hands and the handle portion of the cleanroom q-tips. Inspection of the LPU on this last failure does not show any FOD on the LPU.

My question is, has anyone experienced this with their printer and what would a possible resolution be. I have printed about 10 times with cherry red color resin and only 2 have successfully completed.

I’ve seen similar residue on my LPU rollers.

I removed the frame held by the 16 fasteners and found a very small amount of resin there. Cleaned it up with IPA, reassembled and all was OK.
