My friend who is also in to resin printing (has a Phrozen) was talking about screen protectors. Is this a good idea for my 4L? Looking for thoughts on that.

I wouldn’t be too concerned, but if you are, I’d only really worry about the touchscreen because you can wipe down most of the unit with isopropanol except for the acrylic, that will ruin it. In reality though, just have good work practices and try to avoid touching the unit with contaminated gloves if possible.
Just a slight correction, the Form 4 and 4L orange hood/door is not made of acrylic, it’s a special PC blend that is chemically resistant to IPA. So you should be fine wiping down the machine with IPA if resin gets on any of the surfaces.
