Resin tank overfilled in castable wax

Hi Team Formlabs,

We have been facing some problem for showing as Resin Tank overfilled. Everytime We print the file, It shows the error that resin tank overfilled.

When I took some meterial out and put it in the cartage, it started showing another error about the sensor.

But the Major problem is Resin Tank Overfilled Error before everytime we print the file.

Kindly advise what to do.

do you have a faulty cartridge? have you been using the same cartridge and just refilling over and over? (just curious)

It’s possible that something could be affecting your tank level sensor or your cartridge could be over-dispensing a bit. You should open a ticket with our support team so that we can help you to troubleshoot.
