Did you try a machine reset?

I suppose you are running the latest firmware? Maybe you can try downgrading?

How can I do the downgrading?

This guy is keeping track of older firmwares: Firmware older versions

Open preform and click a manual firmware upgrade. Then select this older firmware and done.

I’m also frequently getting both of these issues – the same error listed above, and also that my touch screen intermittently stops working (sometimes mid print which is super annoying). For the first, just removing and trying to reseat the cartridge a few times eventually fixes it. For the second, I need to fully unplug the machine and power it back on.

@Support, are these known issues or is there anything I can do to help collect some kind of bug report data?
