Resin Sensor Error on Form2

After nearly 2 years of running my Form 2, printing nearly every day, long runs short runs, I got a Resin Sensor Error when I swapped in a new resin tank. I read the previous threads, and I am working thru the process. the UI shows the new tank, but it does not add new resin during the warm up phase. Checked the level, I am now just doing a Open mode test. What doesn’t function in open mode? no warming, no wiper, no??? Anybody know if these “leveling grounding” screws fix the problem or is this going to be a return issue?

I’m sorry to hear your Form 2 is giving you some trouble this week! That’s certainly not what we like to hear about. The best thing to do is to get in touch with our support team here. There’s absolutely no guarantee that you’ll need to send the printer anywhere for repairs and they may be able to get you back up and running with just a little bit of information.
