Has anyone else noticed their printers raising dispensing errors more often lately?
Seems to be happening with literally every print so far after a certain update. Not sure if they changed the timeout or something…quite annoying because there’s no way to remotely tell it to keep trying and no way to extend the timeout.
Can support confirm or not whether the timeout was changed and if there’s a workaround to fixing this?

I don’t believe the timeout for dispense errors was changed recently. The latest change I could find was in version 1.16.5 which increased the timeout. Since you’ve been seeing the errors more often, it may be worthwhile to get in touch with Support directly to look into a potential printer-specific problem.
