Problem with running PreForm

It loads, giving an error msg GL_Exp_packed_depth_stencil not located, some functions will not operate.  Then it shuts down completely.

Using WinXP

Ideas?

Hate to suggest the obvious stuff, but have you tried uninstalling it/ a fresh install?
