A couple of weeks ago I printed a fairly large piece in wax40 without problems and other smaller ones as well. Yesterday I wanted to print a thin ring, which has turned out well on other occasions, and I found that it only printed a piece. It doesn’t even print the supports. I used thick supports placed manually and also tried the automatic supports. I leveled the printer because it was a little off-center, but everything is the same. Can someone tell me what the problem could be? Thank you so much.

Thank you for getting in touch. I would advise reaching out to our Support Team for a closer look. There could be an issue with the particular resin tank being used or potentially with the file setup, but Support would be able to narrow this down further.
Aside from Jessie’s ideas, I’d check and see if there’s crud in the resin itself, and filter it if it isn’t pristine.
