Wavy surfaces and clogged bores

After few months without much problems with the Form2 some print failures started to appear and become even bigger over the last week. The surface was normal in some areas, while in other areas it become very wavy. [IMG_1] and some holes got clogged [IMG_2] while other (same print) were clean [IMG_5]. Based on the closed topic http://forum.formlabs.com/t/wavy-surfaces-and-clogged-bores/25262 I want to inform you about the solution. In coordination and permission with the formlabs support we performed the cleaning of the inner mirrors (including galvo mirror). We received the instruction for that from the support and followed it strictly step for step.
