Prints badly

Hey . I don’t know English through a translator. I bought a used printer and with it the photopolymer has passed the shelf life. Did an optical test. Is this a photopolymer or a printer reason?

Could be either. Really rough layering and stuff like that can easily be due to dirty galvo mirrors or dirty main mirror. After I had my printer for awhile I began getting layering and visible lines like that, but not that bad. I ended up cleaning the galvo mirrors first, which helped a ton, and then several weeks later I cleaned the main mirror. Since then much cleaner prints.

The Formlabs website has information for doing both of those.

Wavy surfaces and clogged bores

After few months without much problems with the Form2 some print failures started to appear and become even bigger over the last week. The surface was normal in some areas, while in other areas it become very wavy. [IMG_1] and some holes got clogged [IMG_2] while other (same print) were clean [IMG_5]. Wavy surfaces and clogged bores / part 2

Based on the closed topic http://forum.formlabs.com/t/wavy-surfaces-and-clogged-bores/25262 I want to inform you about the solution. In coordination and permission with the formlabs support we performed the cleaning of the inner mirrors (including galvo mirror). We received the instruction for that from the support and followed it strictly step for step.
