Ran into a potential bad problem today. Primed the Fuse earlier in the day. Soon after someone sent a job from Preform. Came back later in the day and the prime “finished” window was still displayed. Close the window and the queue showed their job still pending. So they started it. Soon after the printer threw an error about an interference with the powder spreader. Opened the chamber and the print he sent earlier was done. The spreader had tried to put powder on top of the build chamber causing the collision. Why was the queue showing the job pending when it had run? Why did the printer allow another print to be started before the build chamber had been exchanged? The temp of the chamber was still 54C.
There is a bug making the preprint checks loop back to the printqueue insted of starting the print. (i´ve already notified them about that bug) Maybe this is tied to that same bug.
Email support@formlabs.com and describe the issue, i bet they already are on it but can´t hurt to remind them.
