Preform Not Loading Today

I’ve been a customer since 2011 and new problem. Today when I go to open Preform it will not load. The initial opening program picture pops up and that’s it. I have to completely shut down my computer to get it off my screen. In the past I’ve completely uninstalled and reinstalled Preform and had success with whatever the issue was, but not today. Anyone else having this problem today? This seems to be the only issue with my computer, everything else seems to be running fine. Thanks

Sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues with PreForm. I’ve asked our Support team and they had two tips off the bat:

  1. Make sure you have the latest PreForm downloaded and keep up to date (it sounds like you are already doing this).
  2. They saw this once before and it worked when the user reverted to PreForm 3.42.1 from November 2024.

Have you been able to fix the issue? I’m having the same problem. I also tried reverting to an older version of the program and it didn’t help…
