My Foem4 printers updated, but preform cannot update. It says “could not contact Omaha updater client”. Restarted computer. Uninstalled and reinstalled preform. Restarted computer again. Sent trouble ticket. Downloaded proform on another computer on our network. It cannot update preform either. Exact same error message. Is this system wide? Are all Form 4s experiencing this right now?
