How to force an update on preform?

Ahoy -

I cant seem to update preform, I am running 2.10 and am looking to get the new 2.11 before I switch resins

I have tried restarting the computer and preform a few times - It had asked me once, but I declined and now it is not bringing up the panel again

thanks, was thinking there was a way to update from within the program - Will just install the new one

within the program, the update button just downloads the same install file from the website
